What to Expect

Group coaching gives you space to explore, learn, and grow alongside others who are working toward similar goals. Sessions combine short teaching segments, guided reflection, and real-world application, with time for open discussion and shared insight.

You’ll:

  • Learn practical tools for communication and connection

  • ​Gain perspective and encouragement from others in a supportive environment

  • Build accountability and confidence as you apply new skills

The Coaching Format

​Each month includes three 60-minute group coaching sessions and one private check-in call with Laura.


Group sessions combine practical coaching tools, guided reflection, and supportive discussion. The private check-in gives you dedicated time to focus on your personal goals, deepen insight, and tailor what you’re learning to your own situation.

Groups meet virtually, making it easy to join from anywhere. Enrollment is intentionally small so every participant has space to be seen, heard, and supported.
